Terms & Conditions
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- An international driving permit is required for non-Indonesian residents.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
- A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon vehicle return, subject to inspection.
- Vehicles are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
- The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
- Additional charges apply for tolls, parking fees, and any fines incurred during the rental period.
- Late returns are subject to overtime charges based on hourly rates.
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- The renter is responsible for all passengers’ safety and adherence to traffic laws.
- Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as received.
- Late returns without prior notice will incur additional charges.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including theft.
- The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the rental period.
